Mission and Purpose

NECVB Reps is a group of Convention Visitor Bureaus (also known as DMOs or Destination Marketing Organizations) based in the Northeast. We help business meeting planners find the perfect destination for their convention, meeting, conference or event by:

  • providing deep, insider information about transportation, lodging, dining, and attraction and event options in destinations across North America;
  • facilitating meaningful price and scheduling comparisons by helping you prepare and distribute requests for proposals (RFPs);
  • ensuring your proposal lands on the top of Sales Manager’s piles and gets the timely, thorough attention it deserves;
  • conducting on-site facility inspections; and
  • putting you in touch with local publicity and advertising providers, if desired.
